Asthma is basically the narrowing caused by inflammation of the respiratory tract, sometimes it is due to environmental factors and fatigue. If you are suffering from asthma it doesn't mean that you should avoid exercise, in fact some physical activities like swimming could  even help you to manage your asthma. Many studies have revealed that swimming is able to reduce severe asthma attacks, although there are no claims by professionals that swimming can cure asthma. A clinical survey have reported that asthmatic children who are involved in a consistent swimming program showed improvement  and their asthma attacks have lessened. 

A healthy lifestyle and a proper exercise are important factors in dealing with your health issues. Swimming can be a good exercise to people suffering from asthma. It could help them develop good breathing practice and strengthen their lungs. However recent research indicated that chlorine in the pool could trigger asthma, this is a caution for people using indoor swimming pool, if you have asthma try to avoid chlorine as much as possible, the beach is still the best place for swimming. Nonetheless, swimming is promoted as a good exercise for people with asthma.
 
Yoga is a form of physical, mental and spiritual practices which brings an individual to a state of inner self and permanent peace. It was originated in ancient India in the early years, and the Hindu monks later on introduced it to the West in the late 19th century. Yoga became popular in the latter years and people associated it as a system of physical exercise as well as mental and spiritual. It is usually executed with a ritual consist of meditation and a variety of body posture.

Aside from spiritual goals and physical posture, yoga are used to reduce stress and alleviate health problems. Today, it is used as a physical therapy and a complete exercise program. Many studies have determined the effectiveness of yoga as an intervention for cancer, schizophrenia, asthma, heart disease, muscle and bone problem. A recent national survey stated that the long-term yoga practitioners have reported to have improvements in their body posture and mental health and also improve the body's flexibility and strength. Most yoga practitioners cited it as a good way to get fit and stay healthy.
